Lloyd Clinton Springer, 63 of Crane, MO

Lloyd Clinton Springer was born on Friday, December 13, 1957, in Springfield, MO, to Lloyd and Dorothy Springer of Aurora, MO. He passed to his heavenly home on September 9, 2021, at 63 years of age. Clint was a member of the Hurley Community Baptist Church and was a master carpenter having built hundreds of custom and spec homes, as well as a number of churches and business buildings in the area.

Clinton was a life-long resident of Crane where he graduated from high school in 1975. Soon after graduation, he married Sally Ann Conrad of Hurley, MO. Their son, Travis Brenth (Dawn) and daughter, Kristina Ann (Curtis) Chisam of Crane survive, as well as grandchildren, Taylor (Tanner) Ellingsworth, Kohl, and Evan Springer; Aubree, Drew, and Cameron Chisam, and great-grandsons, Jaxon and Jace Ellingsworth, plus another due in April; a sister. A sister, Darlene (Van) Daugherty of Walnut Shade, MO and a brother, Randy (Jennifer) Springer of Crane; brother-in-law, Gordon (Patricia) Gray of St. Cloud, Florida, sisters-in-law, Susie and Greg Henry and Sue Conrad, and brothers-in-law, Marty and Toby Conrad all of Hurley mourn his passing. A host of extended family members, friends, and coworkers will sadly miss him.

Preceding him in death were his parents, a sister, Marlene and a baby brother, Roger Lee, as well as his mother-in-law, Mildred Conrad.

Clint’s favorite pastimes were fast cars, traveling for vacations, camping and the gathering of family and friends around a roaring campfire. He was honored to be a heart transplant recipient for fourteen years and encouraged all who are able to consider organ donation.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 12, 2021 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 13, 2021 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO with Lloyd Hart officiating. Burial will be in Wright Cemetery, Hurley, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO. Attendees are encouraged to practice social distancing.
