Kathleen Ann Weeks, 80, of Forsyth, Missouri, passed away August 2, 2026, Forsyth Nursing and Rehab.
Kathleen was born on June 5, 1946, at Kansas City, Missouri, to Marvin and Callie (Letcher) Hackett. She grew up and attended Amsterdam, MO. schools later moving to the Ozarks in 1993.
Kathleen was a long-time member of the Lions Club, and Shriners Club. She loved to attend to her garden where she had numerous plants. She attended Forsyth Community Presbyterian Church in Forsyth, Mo. Most importantly of all, her family came first.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband James William Weeks.
Kathleen is survived by sons Paul and Chris Weeks, daughters Phyllis Putnam, Forsyth, Mo, Linda Schlump, one grandchild, eight step grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous step great grandchildren.
Kathleen’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Services will be held at Forsyth Community Presbyterian Church, Forsyth, Missouri, Friday August 14, 2026, at 5pm with Pastor Randy Schreurs officiating.
