Justin D. Day, 34 of Rueter, MO died Sunday, February 20, 2022 in Rueter, MO. A graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, February 25, 2022 in the Stafford Cemetery, Rueter, Mo with Pastor David Koenig officiating.

Justin Davis (Doin) Day was born on Saturday, September 12, 1987 in Springfield, Mo to Phillip and Sherry (Schultz) Day. He lived most of his life in Taney County and graduated from Bradleyville High School in 2006.

Justin enjoyed hunting, fishing and was never seen without his dog Bobo. He was a “Jack-of-all Trades”, although he spent most of his time working as an auto mechanic. He was also a very talented electrician, carpenter and welder. In 2016 Justin welcomed a son into this world, Jace Davis Day. He and Jace spent many days enjoying playing Nerf gun wars together.

Justin is survived by his son, Jace Davis Day; parents, Phillip and Sherry (Schultz) Day; two brothers, T.J. day and wife, Liz, and Christopher Day; one sister, Kyndra Day; five nieces; one maternal uncle, Tom Schultz; three paternal uncles, Jim, Terry and Jerry Day, and many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas Schultz and paternal grandparents, Earl and Johnnie Lillard.
