Jeffrey Lee “Jeff” Barker, age 59, of Jenkins, Missouri

Jeffrey Lee “Jeff” Barker, age 59, of Jenkins, Missouri passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at his home.

He was born October 11, 1962 in Springdale, Arkansas the son of Clifford and Rena (Davis) Barker.  On November 30, 2019 in Cassville, Missouri he was united in marriage to Jill Blankenship, who survives.  Also surviving are two sons, Josh Barker and his wife Jamie of Centerton, Arkansas and C. J. Barker of Cassville, Missouri; two daughters, Brandi Barker of Cassville, Missouri and Kari Barker of Cassville, Missouri; two step-sons, Robert Griffith and his wife Abby of Cassville, Missouri and David Griffith and his wife Destiny of Aurora, Missouri; one brother, Kevin Terry of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; two sisters, Angela Collins and her husband Mike of Springdale, Arkansas and Kelly Terry Martin of Fayetteville, Arkansas and eighteen grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Clifford and Rena Barker; his mother, Donna K. Terry and one sister, Burlyne Fancher.

Jeff grew up and received his education in Springdale, Arkansas graduating from Springdale High School.  After graduating he got married and started a family, moving to Jenkins in 1986.  Some of his favorite pastimes were building and playing electric guitars as he was very artistic, he also enjoyed making signs and model trains.  Jeff loved his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and was of the Christian faith.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Clio Cemetery in Jenkins under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.  Brother Tim Blankenship will conduct the services.
