Floyd Cook Jr., age 89, of Hollister, Missouri
Floyd Cook Jr., age 89, of Hollister, Missouri, passed away on February 16, 2022. He entered this life on October 4, 1932, in Geneva, Alabama, the son of Floyd Sr. and Ellen (Spikes) Cook. Floyd is preceded in death by his parents and his wife of forty-five years, Suna Cook.
Floyd proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. After his time fulfilling his commitment, he worked for the Missouri Department of Conservation. Floyd was a Kansas City Chiefs fan, who avidly cheered on his favorite team. He was known by many in the Hollister community for greeting everyone with a friendly smile and kind words. Floyd will be missed by those whose lives were influenced by his gentle spirit.
He is survived by his son, Gregory Cook of Republic, Missouri, and many friends.
