Florence Elizabeth Murray, age 67
Florence Elizabeth Murray, age 67, passed away with family by her side on February 11, 2022. She entered this life on May 24, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of John and Lois (Edgren) Murray. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Terry.
Having a bubbly personality, Florence was a caring, loving, and optimistic person who was the “ultimate hugger”. She enjoyed being at the lake, swimming, boating, and listening to rock music from the ‘60’s and ‘70’s. Florence loved the time she was able to spend with her family and with her grandchildren. The love that radiated from Florence and the memories created will be deeply cherished by her loved ones forever.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Knight of Romeoville, Illinois; two sons: Timothy Knight of Highlandville, Missouri, and Paul Knight of Branson, Missouri; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her siblings: Karen (Frank), Kathy, Mari, John, and Dodie; several nieces and nephews; and many close friends and co-workers.
