Evelyn Juanita Cron, age 66, of Seligman, Missouri.

Evelyn Juanita Cron, age 66, of Seligman, Missouri passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Cox Monett Hospital in Monett, Missouri. 

She was born December 27, 1954 in Lusk, Wyoming, the daughter of Steve Jesse and Ora Belle (Eutsler) Martin. On April 1, 1974 in Seligman, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Benny Lynn Cron, who preceded her in death on October 19, 2014. Also preceding her in death were her parents. 

Surviving are one son, Troy Cron and his wife Sarah of Washburn, Missouri; one daughter, Jody Nelson of Seligman, Missouri; two brothers, Joe Martin and his wife Judy of Lowell, Arkansas and Grover Martin of Rogers, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, Elizabeth Rusher, Torry Wallis, Tyler Cron, Dylan Cron, Ashley Bower, Benjamin Cron, Lucas Cron and Zoey Nelson and 12 great grandchildren. 

After moving to this area from Springdale, Arkansas in the early 1970’s Evelyn attended Southwest High School in Washburn from where she graduated in 1972. She was employed by Walmart as an insurance claims processor for several years. She enjoyed playing cards with friends and family on Sunday nights but she especially enjoyed spending time and playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church in Seligman, Missouri. 

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 18, 2021 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Dale Stover will conduct the services. Burial will be at King Cemetery in Seligman, Missouri. 

The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. Sunday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
