Erin Dawn (Mathews) Ledford was born on April 10, 1965 in Miami Beach, Florida to John “Butch” Mathews and Gayle (Staake) Mathews. She graduated from Blue Eye High School in 1983. Erin earned an Associate’s Degree in business from the University of Arkansas Little Rock and was currently working on a second degree in finance and culinary arts at Ozarks Technical Community College in Hollister.
Erin moved to Branson twelve years ago from Lampe. She married Wra Ledford, II on February 17, 2011 in Stone County.
Erin loved cooking, theater and movies. She worked for many locally-owned businesses in Branson including music theaters and restaurants. She cared for her special needs son all her life in a wonderful way.
Erin entered into rest on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at her home in Branson at the age of 56.
She is survived by her parents; her loving husband Wra Ledford; sons, Mathew Mathews and Justin Michael Mathews; one daughter and three step-grandchildren.
A celebration of Erin’s life will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 5:00 PM in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.
