Emmet William Frederick

Emmet William Frederick Schrick, Lampe, MO.

Emmet William Frederick Schrick, Lampe, MO, son of Emmet and Loretta (Newn) Schrick, was born October 26, 1933, in St. Louis, MO and departed this earthly life on September 7, 2022 at the age of 88, at his beloved home on Table Rock Lake. 

Emmet had been a resident of the area for thirty-three years, moving here from St. Charles, MO where he had worked as a General Foreman of tooling at McDonald Douglas, to beautiful Table Rock Lake. Emmet loved boating and spending time in his wood working shop making beautiful wood pieces. Emmet was a member of First Christian Church of Kimberling City and a member of the Elks Lodge. He served his country proudly in the Air National Guard. 

Emmet was preceded in death by his parents Emmet and Loretta Schrick, brother Richard Schrick and his wife Ida Schrick. 

Survivors include: five daughters, Vieann Bruemmer of Florissant, MO; Sharon Keathley and husband Steven of St. Louis, MO; Mandy Rinkle and husband Jim of Roseburg, OR; Debbie Hammer of St. Peters, MO and Lisa Rowe and husband Lon of St. Peters, MO; nine grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren and a host of family and many friends as well as his constant fur-baby companion, sweet Josie. 

Emmet never met a stranger, was a treasured friend and loved God. 

Visitation for Emmet will be Sunday, September 11, 2022, 5:00-7:00pm at Stumpff Funeral Chapel in Kimberling City, MO. Service will be Monday, September 12, 2022 at 11:00am at First Christian Church, Kimberling, MO. The burial will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.
