Dwight Earl Glasgow, age 85, of Eagle Rock, Missouri

             Dwight Earl Glasgow, age 85, of Eagle Rock, Missouri passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at his home.

            He was born June 19, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio the son of Glen W. and Eunice (Hankins) Glasgow. On December 31, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan he was united in marriage to Patricia Lee Burroughs, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Glen Glasgow of East Dubuque, Illinois; one daughter, Peggy Carpenter and her husband Gary of Eagle Rock, Missouri; eight grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren and nine nieces and nephews.

            Preceding him in death were his parents; stepmother, Isabelle Burnett; one brother, Walter J. Glasgow and a great grandson, Lance Corporal Clayton L. Mais.

            Dwight attended school in Taylor, Michigan. He was employed by Dana Corporation from where he retired after forty years as a welder, later becoming a supervisor and also teaching welding. After retiring he opened a private consulting business, C.D. Difference. He moved to this area in 2008 coming from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Dwight loved boating, fishing, camping and just being outdoors.

            Services will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
