Doris Ann Lyons, age 63, of Cassville, MO

Doris Ann Lyons, age 63, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Cassville, Missouri.

She was born January 26, 1958 in Bakersfield, California, the daughter of James and Myrtle (Pyles) Carlton.

Doris graduated from Laneberg High School in Laneberg, Arkansas and later attended Red River Vocational-Technical School in Hope, Arkansas. While raising her children she worked at Egg City and later was employed at several nursing homes helping with patients and cleaning in the Hope, Arkansas area. She loved reading her Bible, drinking coffee and listening to music.

Surviving are three sons, Christopher Drury of Benton, Louisiana, Michael Drury of Cassville, Missouri and Matthew Lyons of Pensacola, Florida; one sister, Diane Cearley of Texarkana, Arkansas and eight grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, five brothers and two sisters.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
