Deirdre “Dee Dee” Ramon Hamilton, age 59, of Branson, Missouri,

Deirdre “Dee Dee” Ramon Hamilton, age 59, of Branson, Missouri, passed away on January 6, 2022. She entered this life on July 13, 1962, in Mobile, Alabama, the daughter of Herman Lorenzo Hicks Sr. and Willie May Lindsey. Dee Dee was preceded in death by her brother, Pookie Hamilton.

A passion for singing, Dee Dee lived for the chance to perform on stage where the sounds of her stunning voice could be heard. She performed for 25 years with The World-Famous Platters in Branson, Missouri, and was voted female vocalist of the year two times. Dee Dee loved listening to beats and putting down tracks in the studio. When she was not entertaining or in the studio, Dee Dee enjoyed creating art and playing video games. She will be forever remembered and cherished by all who knew and loved her.

Dee Dee is survived by her daughter, Arvenia Walker of Branson, Missouri; two sons: Bernard Harris and DJ Carter of Branson, Missouri; four grandchildren; fiancé, Jewel White of Branson, Missouri; mother, Willie May Lindsey; and brother, Bernard Hamilton.
