Christopher Lynn Mahurin, 46 of Rocky Comfort, MO

Christopher Lynn Mahurin, age 46 of Rocky Comfort, Missouri passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at his home.

He was born September 12, 1974 in Neosho, Missouri the son of Jack and Alice (Leeper) Mahurin, who survive. Also surviving are two brothers, Stacy Mahurin and Billy Jack Mahurin and his wife DeeDee all of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; three nieces, Shaimin, Cheyenne and Savannah; one nephew, Samuel and one great niece, Ruth.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents.

Christopher received his education at Cowgill, Missouri until he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. At the age of fifteen he broke his neck in an accident. In the late 1990’s he moved with his family to Rocky Comfort to make his home. Some of his favorite pastimes were being on his computer, watching movies and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. He loved dogs.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, September 13, 2021 at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Pastor Loy Bowen will conduct the services. Burial will be at Chitwood Cemetery in Wheaton, Missouri.

Contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children in memory of Christopher.
