Catherine Louise Weston, age 70, of Rockaway Beach, Missouri.

Catherine Louise Weston, age 70, of Rockaway Beach, Missouri, passed away October 1, 2021, in Cox Hospital, Branson, Missouri. She entered this life October 5, 1950, in Danville, Illinois, the daughter of Kenneth and Violet (Witty) Weston. She graduated from Lakeview College of Nursing in Danville, Illinois, where she became a dedicated LPN for most of her life. She spent most of her career at Vermilion Manor in Tilton, Illinois. 

Travel was important to Catherine and her husband Barry, and they travel often with their best friends, Beamie and Kelly. At other times, she could be found reading books, shopping, and planting flowers in her yard. Catherine was a dedicated member of Harvest Time Christian Center in Georgetown, Illinois, before moving to Missouri. With a loving generous heart, Catherine donated her time and resources to many charities. She was especially fond of her dog, Suet, and her grandchildren. All who knew Catherine will dearly miss her sweet spirit and adventurous heart. 

Catherine is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Barry Holstein; daughter, Bonnie Weston; brother, Steven Weston; sister, Pamela Brannin; great-grandson, Christopher Weston; and special friend, Beamie Love. 

She is survived by her three daughters: Billee Weston, Tammy Weston, and Laura Miller; grandchildren: Hollie, Deanna, Joanie, Stacey, and Adam; great-grandchildren: Alena, Keyaira, Isabelle, Jaida, Kylee, Makayla, Daylen, Jace, Jaycee, Haylee Weston, Adam Weston Jr., Damion, Areigha, and Kymirah; as well as her special friends Kelly and Eve. 

Catherine wanted everyone to know: 

“Remember me with smiles and laughter because that is how I will remember all of you. If you can only remember me with sadness and tears, don’t remember me at all”
