Carol Ann Lane, age 83, of Forsyth, MO

Carol Ann Lane, age 83, of Forsyth, Missouri, passed away on August 2, 2021. She entered this life on January 7, 1938, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of John and Jessie (Pahule) Paluszynski. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Lane; her parents; daughter, Terrie Lane; infant daughter, Louise Lane; and brother, Leroy Paluszynski.

With her faith very deep and important to her, Carol loved the Lord with all her heart and sharing the Gospel with family, friends, and people she met. She appreciated the great outdoors and spent countless hours in her garden and traveling. She enjoyed collecting recipes and turning what she learned into masterpieces. One of her greatest accomplishments was when in her 50s, she decided to get a degree, and graduated from Concordia University. Carol participated in a bowling league where she would show off her skills and relish in the moment of sportsmanship. Family meant everything to Carol, and she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by daughter, Carol (Dennis) Rasmus of Elmo, Texas; daughter, Sharon (Joel) Taskonis of Columbia, Kentucky; son, Tim Lane of Wisconsin; son, Leo (Julie) Lane of Forsyth, Missouri; and son, Louis (Brenda) Lane of Hartford, Wisconsin. Carol is also survived by her nineteen grandchildren: Jason (Theresa), Tracy (Stacy), James (Mariam), Jessica (Chris) of Texas; Stephanie, Shane (Teresa), Chance (Josie), Nicholas, Christopher, Robyn (Oryan), Kayley (Josh), and Jeremy (Alexis) of Wisconsin; Elizabeth, Brittney, Savannah of Georgia; Wesley, Tasha and Evan of Tennessee; Jennifer of Missouri; 36 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
