 Billy Joe Jagger, age 44, of Cassville, Missouri

           Billy Joe Jagger, age 44, of Cassville, Missouri passed away as the result of a drug overdose on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at CoxHealth Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri. Accidental drug overdoses can happen, watch who you hang out with.

            He was born December 21, 1978 the son of Rickey and Virginia Diane “Ginger” (Sibley) Jagger.

            Surviving are his mother, Ginger Burdiss and her husband Bill of Cassville, Missouri; one son, Joshua Leary of Cassville, Missouri; three daughters, Zhoi Jagger of Eagle Rock, Missouri, Allison Jagger of Cassville, Missouri and Aliza Jagger of Cassville, Missouri and two brothers, Shawn Burdiss of Cassville, Missouri and Chris Burdiss of Moberly, Missouri.

            Preceding him in death were his father, Rickey Joe Jagger and one brother, Bobby Burdiss.

            Billy attended school in East Newton, Missouri graduating from East Newton High School. He worked in construction for several local companies. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, camping, being outdoors and around the lakes and creeks.

            Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 20, 2023 at Mineral Springs Cemetery in Cassville, Missouri, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Tony Ball will conduct the services.
