Andrew “Andy” Lucas Youngblood, age 46, of Merriam Woods, MO

Andrew “Andy” Lucas Youngblood, age 46, of Merriam Woods, Missouri, passed away July 31, 2021. He was born June 4, 1975, in Branson, Missouri, the son of James and Reba (McNish) Youngblood in Branson, Missouri. Andy was joined in marriage to Tamra DeVaney on December 12, 2008. He is preceded in death by his grandparents; his mother, Reba Youngblood; and an uncle, Joe McNish.

A devoted son, husband and father, Andy treasured the time he spent with his family and studying the word of God. He found comfort and direction in his study of The Bible and the many messages he heard from Sardis Baptist Church. In his spare time, Andy collected Transformers and comic books; he also enjoyed building and repairing computer systems. Most of all, Andy loved his Heavenly Father and his earthly family who will miss him but cherish the memories they built together.  

He is survived by his wife, Tamra Youngblood of Merriam Woods, Missouri; son, Calvin Youngblood of Merriam Woods, Missouri; father, James Youngblood of Forsyth, Missouri; sister, Becky Hull of Verona, Missouri; brother, Philip Youngblood of Kirbyville, Missouri; niece, McKinzie Hull; nephews: Jeffrey Russell and Alex Youngblood.

A service will be held at a later date at Sardis Baptist Church in Forsyth, Missouri, with Pastor Josh officiating. Memorials may be made to the Andy Youngblood Memorial Fund c/o his family.
