While Arkansas and Missouri's High School Sports Calendars differ in many sports, both states will see the beginning of Volleyball Postseason Tournaments this week.
In Arkansas, that begins in some locations today with Marshall hosting the 2A North Tournament which also includes Alpena and Yellville-Summit while Eureka Springs will take part in the 2A West Tournament.
Searcy is the host site for the 3A North Tournament including Bergman, Flippin, and Valley Springs while Charleston hosts the 3A West Tournament which will include Green Forest. The 4A Northwest Tournament, which includes Berryville, is being hosted by Prairie Grove.
Higher classification schools in Arkansas including Harrison finish out the regular season this week before beginning State Tournament play next week.
Meanwhile in Missouri, area schools are closing out the regular season early in the week with Districts Starting at the end of the week. Hollister is hosting an area Class 3 District which also includes Forsyth and Reeds Spring while Branson plays in the Class 4 District at Willard starting Saturday.
