If this headline seems familiar, it might be one that was written over three years ago.

At that time, Andrew Mitchell signed a Letter of Intent to continue his Basketball Career at College of the Ozarks after a successful career at Blue Eye High School. On Thursday, his younger brother Isaiah followed in his footsteps by committing to play basketball for the Bobcats.

"It's going to be exciting to be on the same team with him again," Isaiah Mitchell said in getting to reunite with his older brother. Andrew Mitchell will be a senior for the Bobcats this upcoming season.

Mitchell also cited his many years of going to basketball camps at Point Lookout and getting to know Coach Steve Shepherd as major factors.

Playing collegiate sports is part of his families history as older sister Alexis and his oldest brother Christian also played at the Collegiate Level.

"I think it is really exciting that I was able to continue the little legacy my family has had, Mitchell added.

Mitchell plans on studying Physical Education to get into coaching and teaching during his time at College of the Ozarks.

Mitchell won several honors in his years playing for Blue Eye including helping the team win a Class 2 District Title this past season.
