The Missouri State Budget is now in the hands of Governor Mike Parson, a Budget that does not include money appropriated to fund the voter approved Medicaid Expansion.
Area State Senator Mike Moon, during an interview on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" on Monday says the initiative bumps up against the Missouri Constitution in that the initiative should not be used for the appropriation of money and though the voters approved it, it did not contain a provision to require funding.
Senator Moon also talked about some of the things the Legislature will be working on getting passed this week including the 2nd Amendment Preservation Act.
