The Reeds Spring Board of Alderman has selected a person to fill the shoes of former Mayor Rob Chamberlin.
According to a report in the Branson Tri-Lakes News, Jimmy Leach was selected to take the place of Chamberlin who resigned in January.
According to the City of Reeds Spring Website, Leach is a Ward One Alderman and was President of the Board whose duties included conducting meetings in the mayor’s absence. Leach had been the acting Mayor prior to being appointed to the position to until the next election.
