An area man has died in a motorcycle accident out of state.
According to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol posted by Ozarks First, 53-year-old Aaron Lloyd was driving his motorcycle Sunday afternoon in rural Pittsburg County when the rear tire blew out causing him to lose control of the cycle. While attempting to lay the motorcycle down, he struck the end cap of a guardrail.
Lloyd died at the scene according to the report.
