MDC Podcast: More Consistent Weather To Improve Outdoor Conditions

After the current blast of cold weather, more consistent weather conditions are expected in the Lakes Region that will improve the opportunities for outdoor activities.

Kearby Bridges, one of the Stone County Agents for the Missouri Department of Conservation, says on the latest edition of the Conservation Report Podcast that fishing conditions have been slowed by the up and down temperatures but a surge of fishing success could begin are early as next week with improving temperatures. Bridges also says the more consistent temperatures should help with the upcoming Spring Turkey Season. 

Bridges also talks about the opportunities for outdoor activity in one of the many conservation areas in the region.
