A woman from Carroll County dies in an accident in Rogers earlier this week.
According to the report from the Arkansas State Police, the crash occurred Monday morning on Highway 62 when a vehicle driven by 63-year-old Rafael Lopez-Perea of Garfield crossed the centerline and hit another vehicle head-on. According to the report, Lopez-Perea was injured while the driver of the other vehicle, 46-year-old Amanda Quillin died in the crash.
Road conditions were wet and rain was falling at the time of the crash according to the ASP Report.
