Branson High School's Principal is honored by the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals.

Dr. Jack Harris was presented on Friday with the 2024 Jim L. King High School Principal of the Year Award. Association Executive Director Clark Mershon presented Dr. Harris with the award at a reception in front of staff and students. Mershon read some of the testimonials from students and staff that were submitted on behalf of Dr. Harris when he was nominated and named as one of the finalist for the award.

In comments made during coverage of the Branson Girls District Basketball Game on MOARK Sports Dot Com, Dr. Harris expressed gratitude to all of the teachers, students, and staff at the High School for their support in developing a strong culture at the school.

The award is given annually to high school principals and is named after longtime Executive Director of the Organization Jim L King.

More on the presentation can be found on the Branson Public Schools Facebook Page while the interview with Dr. Harris from the Branson Basketball game can be found on MOARK Sports Dot Com.
