A recent string of vandalism in Berryville has now been connected to a group of teenagers.
Five teens, all students at the Berryville School District, now face felony charges in relation to vandalism that occurred at the Intermediate School as well as at the Berryville Community Center and some local businesses. Berryville Officers also discovered during the investigation that the paint used for the vandalism was stolen from a local store.
Berryville Police Chief Robert Bartos tells KY-3 News that amount of damage, estimated to be over $1,000, makes it a felony case by definition of the law.
Berryville has faced a recent wave of Vandalism to the point that City Officials offered a reward for information on the incidents earlier this year.
