Arkansas Company Purchases Forsyth's Raintree Disposal

A company in Arkansas that has bought some Missouri Disposal companies adds another to its list of acquisitions.

Raintree Disposal of Forsyth is now a part of the CARDS Holdings Company of Springdale.

According to a release from CARDS, Raintree joins J and J Refuse in Springfield and Ozarks Waste Solutions of Winona as recent purchases by the Arkansas Company.

Raintree was started by Richard and Shonda Fordyce in 2000 and has a service area that covers Taney County as well as a part of Stone County. The release says that Raintree has a base of over 5000 customers in the region and that other than rebranding the company to CARDS, the locations will still be managed locally with the same employees.

According to their website, CARDS is one of several waste and recycling firms led by Dan Christensen. CARDS, and its affiliates, operate hauling companies, transfer stations, recycling centers, recovery facilities and landfills throughout the Midwest.

Their website also shows CARDS with existing locations in Missouri in Branson as well as around Huntsville in Arkansas.

The full release can be read on the CARDS Holdings Website.
