A suspect charged in connection with an alleged multi-state theft ring faces arraignment in Taney County Circuit Court March 22.

Thirty-five year old Jason Sears of Omaha-Arkansas was bound over this week.  Sears is charged with nearly a dozen counts, including tampering and stealing, after a pursuit in a stolen truck linked him with an arson investigation in Eureka Springs, where numerous stolen items were recovered from a motel.   

Sears remains in the Taney County jail on bonds totaling 125-thousand dollars.

Also in court this week was 25-year-old Edward Arnold of Western Grove-Arkansas, who is due for another appearance March 26.

Forty-six year old Sheila Kelley of Branson is scheduled for a preliminary hearing next week.

Four other suspects face charges inOklahoma, where more stolen items were recovered.
