A federal bankruptcy judge could rule today on an offer Big Cedar Lodge is making for the financially troubled Gage’s Long Creek Marina on Table Rock Lake.

Court records indicate Big Cedar is offering 2-point-3 million dollars for the property off Highway 86, with the transaction contingent on approval from the judge at a hearing that is scheduled for today.

Justin Gage, president of the Marina company confirmed the pending sale with the Springfield Business Journal last week, but declined further comment, telling a reporter he didn’t want to jeopardize the deal.

It’s not known if any other bids have been submitted to the court.

Gage’s company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization last June.

The Gage family also owns the 6-million dollar Gage Marina and Shoppes at Branson Landing, where it offers cruises onLakeTaneycomo.
