A man from Shell Knob, charged in connection with a fatal crash, has been bound over for trial in Barry County.

Twenty-seven year old Nicholas Kulhanek is charged with involuntary manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated.  Killed in the crash last summer on Highway 39 was 49-year old Aaron Poston of Shell Knob.  According to the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, Kulhanek turned his car in front of Poston’s motorcycle.

Kulhanek remains in the Barry County Jail on 250-thousand dollars bond.  Circuit court arraignment is set for January 22.
